Review the requirement, not just the order
With OrderReady, each artwork file or text field can be approved separately. If the logo needs changing, approved print instructions stay in place. The customer sees a clear explanation beside the affected file.
File checks and production approval
The plugin can check real file type, size and minimum image dimensions. These checks do not establish print quality, correct colour profiles, fonts or bleed. The shop performs those checks using its own production process.
Prepare a clear handoff
Once all required or supplied details are approved, OrderReady Pro creates a ZIP of the approved files and a text production sheet. This is a handoff package, not a print-ready PDF conversion service.
