This static website contains no analytics, advertising pixels, newsletter form or embedded third-party media. Its hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address and browser details to serve and secure the website. If the site is published on Cloudflare Pages, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Purchases and licensing

When you follow a purchase link, Freemius processes checkout, account, billing and licensing information under its own terms. Activated Pro installations use the official Freemius SDK for account and update services, as explained in its connection screen. See Freemius privacy information.

Information collected by a shop using OrderReady

The shop operating a customer portal controls the order information and uploaded files. These are stored on that shop’s hosting. The seller of this plugin does not receive those files through OrderReady. Contact the shop where you placed your order about access, correction or deletion.

Optional AI

If a shop enables the optional AI writing assistant, staff can send explicitly entered text to OpenAI to draft a clearer message. Customer records and file contents are not automatically included. The shop is responsible for deciding what text it sends and explaining its use to affected people. See OpenAI’s privacy policy.

Support

If you contact the seller, the seller receives the information you provide and uses it to answer the request. Avoid unnecessary personal information and redact customer details. Before sales open, the seller must publish its actual support retention period and business contact information.
