What the Pro plan includes

The proposed plan is €99 per year for updates and support for one webshop. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The checkout identifies the merchant of record and the applicable subscription terms. A valid initial license activation is required for this webshop. Previously activated features continue after normal cancellation or expiry; future paid updates and support require an active entitlement. An explicitly revoked license or a copied installation does not retain Pro access after license synchronization. The free base plugin is required and is supplied separately.

Software licensing

The free base plugin is provided under GPLv2 or later. Pro, including the Freemius SDK, is distributed under GPLv3 or later. The support/site entitlement does not remove rights granted under the applicable open-source license. License texts are included in the packages.

Support scope

Support covers installation, configuration and reproducible defects in the supported product workflow. It does not include custom development, theme redesign, print-production advice or administration of your hosting/mail account. No guaranteed response-time service level is offered.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal through the purchase platform’s account portal. Your current entitlement continues according to the checkout terms. The proposed seller policy allows refund requests within 14 days of the first purchase; contact the seller with your receipt. The seller must configure and confirm that policy at checkout before selling. Any mandatory rights that apply remain unaffected.

Dependencies and limitations

Use the hosting requirements and limits in the installation guide. Email acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. AI is optional and billed by the shop’s own provider account. The plugin does not guarantee print suitability, legal compliance, revenue or compatibility with every hosting/theme/plugin combination. Test on a staging copy and keep backups before using it with live orders.
